INVERNESS-BASED KIWI LIZ IS IN CONTENTION
AFTER 36 HOLES OF LADIES' SWISS OPEN

Inverness-based New Zealander Liz McKinnon is enjoyed her best performance on the Ladies European Tour.
Liz has shot rounds of 70 and 73 to be lying joint fifth on 143 after 36 holes of the Deutsche Bank Swiss Ladies Open.
Clare Queen (Carrick at Cameron House) and Kathryn Imrie both qualified but Lynn Kenny did not.
Clare has had rounds of 73 and 71 to be joint eighth on 144.
Kathryn Imrie scored 76 and 73 to be joint 57th on 149.
Lynn Kenny missed the cut by a big margin. She was on 155 after rounds of 77 and 78.
Germany's Bettina Hauert and Italy's Federica Piovano are joint leaders on three-under-par 141.
