Midland Alliance meeting at Charleton, Fife

IT'S THAT MAN STEVE CRAIG AGAIN!

Professional Steve Craig (Edinburgh Leisure) kept up his recent run of good form with a fine, three-under-par 69 to win the Midland Golfers' Alliance meeting - sponsored by Fraser Bros (Tyres) by two strokes at Charleton Golf Course, Fife.
Joint winners of the handicap prize were Sandy Herd (Leven Thistle), playing off seven, and Alloa nine-handicapper Hugh Hunterwith net scores of 71. Both helped their teams to a joint first place in the team event.
