SUPERB 63 BY CALLUM NICOL WINS BY FIVE
Callum Nicoll (Prestwick) equalled the Montrose Links professional course record of 63 - held by Sweden's Per-Ulrik Johansson and New Zealander Michael Long - in today's Montrose Golf Links Limited pro-am.
Callum won the top prize of £1,016 with a blemish-free scorecard which had eagles at the eighth and 15th and birdies at the fourth, 10th, 12th and 14th in halves of 33 (three under par) and 30 (five under par).
