WIN BY SANDY: NOW FOR WALKER CUP

Nairn's Sandy Scott, a student at Texas Tech, won for a second time on the US college golf circuit with a 14-under-par total at Pebble Beach in the Carmel Cup tournament this week. 

He had rounds of 70, 67 and 75 to win the first event on the 2019-20 college season. Scott then boarded a plane to fly back to the UK for G B and I Walker Cup duty in the biennial match against the United States.
