Royal Aberdeen member Mark Halliday scored one of the biggest victories of his golfing career over the Sunningdale New
Course, Berkshire today (FRIDAY) when he won the prestigious Gerald Micklem Cup by four strokes over two rounds.

Halliday, pictured with the trophy, had rounds of 72 and 66 for two-under-par total of 138 over a course which has an SSS of 73 and a CSS of 74 for both rounds.
The tournament was restricted to players aged 35 and over
