HANNAH DARLING FINISHES T6 IN WORLD GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP

Scotland's Hannah Darling, pictured, finished T6 in the world girls championship in Canada.

She had scores of 73, 66, 71 and 76 for 286 - 11 shots behind the title winner from Thailand, Atthaya Thitikul who had scor3es of 73, 63, 71 and 70 for 277.
The Thai's superb second round of 63 was the score, in the final analysis, that separated her from the field.
Two  other Scots in the field, Carmen Griffiths (78-81-75-74 for 309, and Katy Alexander (83-80-86-79) finished 39th and 58th respectively.
England's Lily May Humphreys, expected to be one of the front runners, finished a disappointing T40 with scores of 86-75-72 and 76 for a 20-over-par total of 309
