Ron Walker wins Midland Glliance by three shots at windy Leven

Lundin Golf Club professional Ron Walker battled his way through Storm Diana at a very windy Leven links in Fife to win the Midland Golfers' Alliance fixture by three strokes with a creditable, one-over-par 71.

Douglas Gibbons (Muckhart), playing off 10, and Chris Westland (Alloa), also a 10-handicapper tied for first place in the handicap section with net 71s.
