Locke second, Lawrie T3 in Penina Classic

Sam Locke from Stonehaven and Aberdeen's Craig Lawrie finished second and joint third in the Penina Classic over 36 holes at the Algarve golf resort today (Sunday).
Locke had a pair of 69s, including six birdies in his last 14 holes, for a total of 138 - one stroke behind the English winner, Sam Hutsby (68-69).
Lawrie had rounds of 68 ad 71 to tie with Irishman Paul McBride (67-72) for third pace on 139.
There was a field of 30 players.
