Keith Grant is Royal Aberdeen's new general manager
Dundee-born Keith Grant, brought up in Perthshire, is starting his first week as Royal Aberdeen Golf Club's general manager.
Keith succeeds Ronnie MacAskill, the Muir of Ord man who spent 43 years in various roles on the Balgownie club staff including professional and secretary.
Grant, 40, a top amateur golfer who turned pro with a +3 handicap, decided in his early 20s to embark on a career in club management. He has been attached to several top golf resorts in England before returning to Scotland to take up the general managerial post at Bothwell Castle Golf Club in 2015.
