Fife win Scottish men's title ahead of Angus and North-east
Fife (293) won the Scottish men's area team championship over the Montgomery course at Kinross Golf Club today.
They won by four strokes from Angus (297) with North-east (301) finishing third. North did not enter a team.
Bryan Innes (Murcar Links) had the lowest individual 36-hole aggregate of 145 with rounds of 71 and 74 on a day when the CSS was "reduction only" for both rounds.
Innes finished a stroke ahead of three players: James White (Lundin) 74-72, Craig Smith (Downfield) 73-73, and Glenn Campbell (Blairgowrie) 72 74.
