New Scottish champion in field for North-east District Open at Aboyne on August 18 and 19
 
The draw for the Kings Links Golf Centre-sponsored North-east District 72-hole open championship at  Aboyne Golf Club on Saturday-Sunday, August 18-19 follows.
Defending champion is Stuart McLaren from Bruntsfield Links and one of his main challengers will be our newly crowned Scottish amateur champion Euan McIntosh from Turnhouse.
