England 7-2 win crushes Scotland girls' title hopes at Ballybunion

Scotland's hopes of winning the girls' home internationals' title at Ballybunion Golf Club, Ireland were extinguished when they lost 7-2 to England on Day 2.
In today's other match Wales surprisingly beat Ireland 5.5-3.5.
This means that the final day match between England and Wales, both of whom have 1.5pt to their credit,  will decide who will be the 2018 girls' champions.

DAY 1 - Ireland 4.5, England 4.5; Scotland 4.5, Wales 4.5.
