Too many people in too many buggies at Carnoustie: A threat to life and limb

Hi Colin
How are you?  I'm down at Carnoustie today to see the practice rounds. Weather amazing . Serious problems every hole you walk. Can’t move for people in buggies. Total joke. God knows what will happen when tournament starts . Maybe the profusion of buggies will will stop tomorrow . If not, someone will get run over and seriously hurt .
