German champion Leonie Harm wins British title at Hillside

Lau never led at any stage.
Leonie, pictured left, recently completed four years as a student
at the University of Houston. She won the German women's amateur championship, decided on stroke-play,
with a six-under-par aggregate earlier this year.
Leonie comes from Gerlingen, Germany.
She had a World Amateur Ranking of 33rd
coming into the British championship and could
possibly move closer to the top 20 after this
tournament in which she outperformed several
players who are above her in the rankings.
