Craig Ross finishes 7th in Spain's La Serena Open

Craig Ross from Cambuslang finished seventh in the Evolve Pro Tour's La Serena Open at the Murcia, Spain venue today.
The Scot had rounds of 70, 73 and 67 for a total of six-under 210. He birdied the first, second, sixth, seventh, 12th and 18th with only one bogey, at the 15th, in his final round.
Rookie pro Dan Brown from Yorkshire, a former English amateur champion, scored his first win in the paid ranks with ever-improving scores of 70, 68 and 66 for 12-under-par 204 - two shots ahead of Spanish-based Liam Murray (70-69-68) and Ireland's Brendon McCarroll (69-69-68).
