For the record, Craig Stephen from Torphins finished T6 in recent US college tournament

I think we missed it at the time but, in fairness to Craig Stephen from Torphins, a final-year student at Brevard College, North Carolina, Scottishgolfview.com would like to record that he finished a creditable joint sixth in a field of 67 competitors at the South/Southeast Region Preview college tournament (October 9-10) over a par-72 course of 7,169yd at Rock Barn County Club, Conover in the state of North Carolina.
Craig, pictured, had rounds of 73 and 70 for a one-under-par total of 143.
He finished seven strokes behind the winner by four, Nick Stafford (Belmont Abbey) who followed up a 73 with a brilliant nine-under-par second round of 63.
