Robb, who won the Scottish amateur championship before turning pro, is lying joint second with Leonard Astl (Austria), three behind the leader, Finn Fleer (Germany) who shot a nine-under 61.
Robb birdied the first, second, seventh, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th but he bogeyed the third and 18th in halves of 33 and 31.
Ross Cameron (Saltire Energy) had a 68 to be joint 13th; Sam Kiloh (Paul Lawrie GC) a 72 for T50 position and Peterhead's Philip McLean a 76 for T77 in a field of 89 players.
