Fraser Grant wins Ralston Rosebowl

 

 Fraser Grant receives the trophy from Ralston Lady Captain , Jackie Mitchell.

 On Saturday at Ralston Golf Club, after a couple of near-misses in previous years, home player Fraser Grant finally captured the coveted Ralston Rosebowl title with a magnificent display of golf.

After shooting a fine one-under-par round of 69 in the morning round, he blew the rest of the field away in the afternoon with a stunning, seven-under-par round of 63 in windy conditions.

Grant won by a clear eight shots from his nearest rival, Gordon Miller (Cawder).
