Forrester Park pair well place in Lombard 

Trophy Grand Final on Algarve

The Forrester Park Golf Club duo, professional Paul Edgcombe and amateur Jamie Taylor shot a 69 in the first round of the Lombard Trophy Grand Final at Vila Sol on the Algarve today.
They are tied for fourth place, two behind leaders Edward Goodwin and amateur James Harding (Cirencester).
England-based Scots pros Alan Hemsley (Barnham Broom) and Albert Mackenzie (Saunton) are on 72 and 73 respectively with their club partners.
Drumpellier pro Ian Taylor and amateur Hugh McIntyre are tied for 12th place on 74.
There is a field of 14 qualifiers from regional eliminators.
The prizefund of £41,450 for the professionals has £12,000 earmarked for the winner, ranging down to £850 for 14th place.
