By COLIN FARQUHARSON
It
was unlucky 13 for young Scot Sam Kiloh in the final round of the
German PGA Development Tour's Polish Open at Sierra Golf Club,
Wejherowo.
Heading
for a top 10 finish, the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre player from Portlethen
ran up a triple bogey 7 at the 13th hole but still managed to return a
par 72 score for a two-under-par total of 214, the same as Ross Cameron
from Ellon.
Both earned 445 euros each.
They
finished nine shots behind two GErmans who played off for the 5,000
euros first prize and title. Heinrich Arkenau beat Sascha Schmidt over
the extra holes.
Alexander Culverwell (Dunbar) tied for 30th place on 217 and earned 337 euros.
Ellon's
Kevin Duncan had a nightmare final round of 78 which includes three 7s,
triple bogeys at the par-4 first and seventh, and a double bogey at the
par-5 17th in halves of 41-37. He finished tied 42nd and earned 250
euros.
