Duncan, Kay and McLean beat the cut in
Germany

Three Scots - Kevin Duncan, Daniel Kay and Philip McLean - made the cut in the Sparkassen Open at Bochum, Germany but five did not: Chris Robb, Ross Cameron, Ben Collier, Sam Kiloh and Alexander Culverwell.
Duncan, from Ellon, shot 70 and 69 for five-under 139 to be T22, eight shots behind the leader, Frenchman Kenny Subregis (68-63 for 131)
Kay from Dunbar is T29 going into the last round on 140 after scores of 73 and 67.
McLean from Peterhead had a pair of 71s for 142 and a T38 placing.
The cut fell at 142 and Robb (Meldrum House) missed out by three although he made a brave bid to qualifying with a second-round 66, 13 shots better than his first round.
Cameron from Ellon had scores of 74 and 73 for 147, one shot better than Ben Collier (72-76).
Portlethen's Sam Kiloh was seven over the qualifying limit with rounds of 75-74 for 149.
Former Scottish amateur champion Alexander Culverwell (Dunbar) shot 151 (76-75)
