Howie and Benson T26 at Fairhaven

Scotland's two representatives, Darren Howie from Peebles and West Lothian's Andrew Benson were tied 26th after both returned eight-over-par 80s in the first round of the Fairhaven Trophies junior tournament at Fairhaven Golf Club, Lancashire.
John Gough (Castle Royle) led the boys' field with a one-over 72
Hollie Muse (West Lancashire) and Junior Vagliano Trophy team player Annabel Wilson (Lurgan, Ireland) headed the girls' field with one-under-par 74s
