Jim Black tops SGU Life Members' Day at
Glenbervie with 40 Stableford points
Jim Black from Bridge of Allan today took the honours in the annual SGU Life Members Golf Day at Glenbervie.
Black posted a winning stableford score of 40 points to win the trophy by four.
John Paton from Hayston took second spot on 36 points, with Stewart Paton (Kirkintilloch) and Bert Bruce (Aboyne) sharing third on 35.
The hugely popular SGU Life Members' Club offers golfers with a strong connection to the amateur game in Scotland the opportunity to have a further affiliation to the SGU.
