MIDLAND ALLIANCE CANCELLED AGAIN

For a second week in a row wintry weather has forced the cancellation of the Midland Golfers' Alliance competition, this time at Lundin Golf Club today (Tuesday).

The next scheduled fixture is at Abroath on Thursday, January 29.

AYRSHIRE WINTER GOLF POSTPONED

Today's Ayrshire Winter Golf Association fixture at Kilmarnock Barassie was postponed because the course is frozen hard.

It has been rearranged for the same venue on February 17.
