INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES ACCEPTED FROM BOYS AND GIRLS FOR PAUL LAWRIE SCHOOLS CHAMPIONSHIPS

                 ATTENTION SCHOOL GOLFERS!

In case the information has not reached some of the top golfers in Scottish Schools, Dorothy Scott (Schools Golf Secretary)     would like to remind everyone of the 2014 Paul Lawrie Foundation Scottish Schools Golf Championships on Monday June 16^th 2014.

 Once again with grateful thanks to Murrayshall Hotel near Perth, the Championships will be staged on their two courses over 36 holes.  Dorothy is keen to get a good entry “Entry used to be only through a School District, but once again we are accepting individual entries for the events as well as the District nominations. It’s an enjoyable day out……   there will be individual and team awards and the top golfers on the day will be invited to represent Scottish Schools in the annual match against English Schools in September. “

 Any keen low handicap school golfer not entered should give the event careful consideration---- the entry fee is a reasonable £10 and that includes food as well as the 36 holes of golf.

Entries close this Saturday 20^th May, and entries (with the entry money) should be sent to Mrs Dorothy Scott.  16 Scholars Gate, Abbey Park Avenue, ST ANDREWS  KY16 9JY.   It may be necessary to impose a handicap limit for the individual entries.
