Renfrewshire
had a comfortable 7-1 win over league leaders Lanarkshire today at Bonnyton in
the WOS League. Renfrewshire can now win the League
next year for the 12th consecutive year if they avoid defeat away to
Dumbartonshire. Lanarkshire have played
all five games and have eight points. Renfrewshire have seven points from four
games. Scottish International Matthew Clark of Kilmacolm set Renfrewshire on
the way to victory with a 3/1 win in the top match against Craig Ross of
Kirkhill. Co-incidentally they were tied joint 4th in this
years SGU Order of Merit. Matt was about five under par for the match
finishing with a birdie at 17.
