Entries are now being accepted from boys who wish to play in the Hands Across the Sea Trophy tournament at the Kings Links, Aberdeen on Sunday, September 15.
It is a highly prestigious junior event with the
likes of David Law (now professional playing out of the Paul Lawrie
Golf Centre), former Ryder Cup player Harry Bannerman and past Walker Cup players Sandy Pirie and Hugh Stuart winning it in
the past
Any boys under the age of 18 on January 1 and wishing to play should contact the Aberdeen Links Secretary Stewart Allison at
stewartallison100@btinternet.com or 07455 949534 with their (name, age, club and handicap)
There is also a six-hole competition for younger boys and girls under the age of 13 and with a maximum handicap of 45.
The players will then be informed of their tee time accordingly well in advance to allow preparation
