GRAEME BROWN WINS WITH 65 OVER HOME MONTROSE LINKS
Local assistant professional Graeme Brown won this week's Midland Golfers' Alliance competition over the Montrose Links.
After a delayed start due to overnight frost, Brown shot a fine five-under-par 65 to win the leading scratch award by three shots from a pair of amateurs, Bob Stewart (Tulliallan) and N Anderson (Monifieth).
The handicap section was won by S Hills (Monifieth) with a net 66 off eight of a handicap.
