Wednesday's North-east Alliance competition at Buckpool GC has been cancelled because of snow and ice on the course and the bad weather forecast which would make travel on the roads possibly hazardous.
It is hoped to play the last Alliance fixture before the Christmas-New Year break a week on Wednesday, December 14 - at Craibstone GC although even that course was frozen hard this morning.
