PEEBLES BOY WINS JUNIOR GOLF TOUR EVENT AT DALMAHOY

Darren Howie (Peebles) won the Scottish Junior Golf Tour level 3 event for Under-13 years boys over the Dalmahoy West course today. He had a score of 73 to finish two ahead of Rory Frannsen (Inverness) with Keith Bowman (St Andrews) third on 78. Daniel Gaines (Musselburgh) and Alexander Macrae (Bishopbriggs)  won the handicap prizes with nett 64s. The putting competition was won by Kyle Irvine (Musselburgh).
