PETER UIHLEIN BACK AT NO 1 IN WORLD AMATEUR RANKINGS

American college student Peter Uihlein is back in the No 1 position in this week's updated RandA World Amateur Golf Rankings.
He had lost it temporarily to compatriot David Chung who this week drops down to No 2 again.
Banchory's James Byrne, who flies back to Arizona State University this weekend for the start of his final term, has risen one place to No 16. The only other Europeans in the top 20 are Sweden's Henrik Norlander, who goes up one place to No 13, and Ireland's Paul Cutler, unchanged at No 19.
England's highest rated players are young Tom Lewis, the past British boys' champion, at 32nd positiion (down one spot) and Andrew Sullivan, unchanged at No 47.
Michael Stewart is the only other Scot apart from James Byrne in the top 100. The Scottish match-play champion from Troon Welbeck stays at No 59.
