Adam Fisher of Inchmarlo today won the Spence Trophy, contested by the boy champions of the clubs who compete in the Aberdeen and District Junior Pennant League.Adam, who is only 13, beat Daniel Thomsett of Aboyne by one Hole in a thrilling final at Newmachar.
In the semi- finals Adam beat Callum Dunbar (Caledonian) by 3 and 2 and in the other semi Daniel beat Chris Lamb (Newmachar) by one hole.
In the play-off for third and fourth place, Chris beat Callum 3 and 2.
