Ed Wood (Crow Wood) bt Robbie Main (Airdrie) 2 and 1.
Kevin Loughrie (Cambuslang) beat Mark O'Donnell (Hamilton) 5 and 4.
The Final will be played at Hamilton in about two weeks, after the Scottish Amateur at Gullane next week.
