Fotheringham, Harkins held up by rain Down Under
Scots Fraser Fotheringham from Nairn and Ayr Belleisle's Chris Harkins have still to complete their second rounds in the rain-hit Riversdale Cup tournament at Riversdale Golf Club, Victoria in Australia.
Harkins had a 76 in the first round and Fotheringham a 78 so both have to work hard if they are to make the halfway cut, which will not be until play resumes on Sunday morning.
Aussie Jordan Zunich has had rounds of 74 and 65 to lead on 139, one shot ahead of five players at the moment.
Stephen Speirs, a Scot who emigrated to Australia a few years back, has a 36-hole tally of 143 (71-72) so should figure in the last two rounds of this prestigious 72-hole open tournament.
