NORTH-EAST ALLIANCE SWITCHED FROM NEWMACHAR TO PETERHEAD Peterhead Golf Club will host Wednesday's North-east Golfers Alliance competition instead of Newmachar, the scheduled venue. The Newmachar Hawkshill course is considered too wet at the moment to take as many as 100 golfers on one day, which is the anticipated figure. The tee times reserved for Newmachar have been advanced by 15min which means that the first players will tee off at 8am and the last at 12.05. Players who are not members will not be able to play in the competition at Newmachar. There will be no vacancies for new members before January.
