Alliance at Kintore is cancelled

Wednesday's North-east Alliance meeting at Kintore Golf Club has been cancelled because of snow on the course. Secretary Ron Menzies has taken the unusual step of calling it off some 48 hours in advance but that is an indication of how much snow is on the course and how little prospect there is of a thaw clearing it.
The tee times arranged for Wednesday will be carried over to the meeting at Murcar Links on Wednesday, February 18.
