ARNOTT AND KING EARN £400
APIECE IN PGA FOUR-BALL


Robert Arnott (Bishopbriggs) and Mark King (Kingsfield) earned £400 each for a joint 12th finish in the SkyCaddie PGA Four-ball Championship, supported by Sunderland at Fulford Golf Club, York today.
Arnott and King had rounds of 67, 64 and 70 for a total of 15-under-par 201.
Winners with the Essex pairing of Andrew Pestell and Jason Levermore who led throughout to win £2,500 each with a 27-under-par total of 189 (62-63-64).
Neil Colquhoun (Merchants of Edinburgh) and Gary McFarlane (Clober), the only other Scots pairing to survive the cut, finished joint 27th on 211 with scores of 69, 66 and 76 to earn £175 each.
