McINNES WINS OPENING NORTH-EAST
ALLIANCE MEETNG AT BRAEMAR

Graeme McInnes (Murcar Links) won the first North-east Golfers' Alliance of the 2008-2009 season with a two-under-par 63 at Braemar.
He headed a field of 77 with a scorecard of birdies at the fourth, 11th, 14th and 16th and bogeys at the 10th and 17th.
Andrew Campbell (Deeside) was runner-up with a 65 which included birdies at the ninth, 11th, 16th and 17th but bogeys at the second, sixth, 14th and 18th.
