Lee Westwood still out with tonsillitis
- may not be fit for Ryder Cup

Lee Westwood may miss next week's Ryder Cup because he has not fully recovered from a bad bout of tonsillitis.
The 35-year-old was struck down by the virus while playing in the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles at the end of August and had to miss last week's European Masters.
The office of Westwood's agent, Chubby Chandler, has confirmed the player is still "not feeling 100%."
He will miss the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Cologne, which begins on Thursday.
Chandler had been trying to secure Westwood an invitation to the tournament but because of the illness he will not now be competing.
"Lee is slowly recovering from this illness and we are sure it will not affect his chances of taking part in the Ryder Cup," said a spokesman for Chandler's office. "There is no concern from him or us in that regard."
Even if he makes it Weswood will go into the match, having not playing any competitive golf for the best part of three weeks.
Westwood is one of the team's most proven Ryder Cup competitors - he has won a total of 15½ points since his debut in 1997 - and his respective second and third position on the European Order of Merit and World Points Lists mark him as one of the form players in the game.
Should the Englishman fail to make the Ryder Cup, his place would almost certainly go to the German Martin Kaymer, who is competing in Cologne this week.
