Ross, Law, McKenna still standing
in British boys' championship
James Ross (Royal Burgess), David Law (Hazlehead) and Fraser McKenna (Balmore) are keeping the flag flying for Scotland in the British boys' championship at Little Aston, Birmingham.
Ross moved into the fourth round on his debut in the event by beating Barry Anderson, an Irish boy international, at the 17th. Ross now plays England's Ben Stow.
Aberdeen's David Law (Hazlehead) has played only 42 holes so far. He was a brilliant five under par in outclassing Joel Stalter from France by 6 and 5.
David next plays Jamie Carney (Shirley Park).
Fraser McKenna won by 3 and 2 against Adam Galbraith and now plays a German entry, Sebastian Schwind.
