BON ACCORD PAIR WIN SIMMERS TROPHY
The Bon Accord 1 team of Matthew Greig and Barrie Edmond won the North-east District's Simmers Trophy better-ball foursomes with a par-matching score of 70 today.
They headed an entry of 22 teams by four shots from Newburgh 1 (Philip Johnston and Kevin Watson, junior) with Cruden Bay 1 (Michael Buchan and Chris Gilbert) third with a 76.
