Nathan Green shoots six-under-par 65 in Auckland gale

Australian Nathan Green, pictured right, well down the field at the start of the final day, tamed a wild Auckland wind to return a fourth-round 65 and win the Blue Chip New Zealand Open by two shots with an aggregate of 279 at Gulf Harbour Country Club.
Green, 31, from Newcastle, New South Wales and a pro since 1998, let the wind blow over his 5ft 8in frame.
England's Nick Dougherty was one of six players who shared second place on 281. Dougherty was also able to climb the leaderboard with a wind-taming final round of 67.
On the other hand, compatriot Graeme Storm, joint leader after 54 holes, was one of those who was blown away by the conditions. Graeme sagged to a 76 for joint 18th position on 284.
