DEANO STRIKES AGAIN AT PRESTWICK
FOR EIGHTH WIN ON 2006 TARTAN TOUR

Scottish PGA champion Dean Robertson (Czech Design) scored his eighth win of the Tartan Tour season when he led home the winning team in the Mental Health Foundation charity pro-am at Prestwick Golf Club today.
No individual pro scores were returned but Robertson maintained the rich seam of form that has made him a winner six times between August 8 and September 19.
Dean, pictured right, helped the W A Robison team of Michael Scott (handicap 15), Gordon Davidson (13) and Bill Robison (13) to finish up with a 13-under-par net total of 58.
They won the top prize by two shots from the David Orr (East Renfrewshire) team – Aberdeen Asset Management’s Guido Bicocchi (5), Ian Hazel (5) and Graeme Turnill (16).
Third with 62 (better inward half) were the Colin Gillies (Kingsfield) team – The Barcaple Foundation’s Jimmy Wilson (17), Pete Roger (16) and Jim Harter (16).
