BARRY HUME TEES OFF WITH
A 71TO BE JUST OUTSIDE
TOP TWENTY IN TAIWAN

Glasgow’s Barry Hume, pictured right, was sharing 22nd place at the end of the first round of the Taiwan Open at Sunrise Golf and Country Club.
Hume had a one-under-par 71, four shots behind overnight leader Kane Webber (Australia).
Leading Scot in the field of 142 was Asia-based Simon Yates in joint 12th place with a 70.
Dubai-based Scot Ross Bain had a 72 and Simon Dunn an 80.

68 Tsai Chi-huang (Tpe), O Nordberg (Swe).
Scottish scores:
70 S Yates.
71 B Hume.
72 R Bain.
80 S Dunn.
