EUROPEAN SENIOR MASTERS

JUST FOR A CHANGE, SCOTS ARE
NOT AT THE RACES
The European Seniors Masters does not have a single Scot in contention as the field moves into Sunday's final round over The Duke's Course at Woburn.
Horacio Carbonetti (Argentine) leads at five-under-par 139 (69-70) by one shot from Carl Mason (England) (73-67).
To find the best Scots you have to go down the list to joint 19th to find Bill Longmuir and Martin Gray on the one-over 145 mark. Bill had scores of 74 and 71; Martin 75 and 70.
Scroll down further and you will find John Chillas and Craig Maltman in joint 28th place on 147. John has scored 74 and 73, Craig 73 and 74.
And you have to go well down to find the man who is usually at the top of the list - Sam Torrance. Sam and Mike Miller are sharing 44th place on 149, Mike with 73 and 76, Sam with 77 and 72.
