CRAW'S NEST TASSIE

GRAHAM MARSHALL BOWS OUT AT 19TH
IN THIRD ROUND TO GARY MAHER


Graham Marshall from Birstall, Leicester, beaten in last year’s final and the title winner three years ago, bowed out of the Craw’s Nest Tassie tournament in the third round over the Carnoustie championship links today.
Marshall, the No 7 seed for the second year in a row, lost at the 19th to Gary Maher from Maylands.
There are only two home-based Scots in the quarter-finals – Andrew Sweeney from Carnoustie and Davie Imrie (Thornton).
