MIKE LETS TITLE HAT-TRICK GET
AWAY FROM HIM AT BANFF


Duff House Royal’s Mike Jenkins, playing over his home course, crashed at the third last hole when within sight of a hat-trick of successes in the North-east District seniors’ championship,
Winner of the title at Alford and Turriff over the past two years, Mike ran up a 7 at the par-3 16th and finished on 70.
He was pipped for the title by Banff clubmate John Sim who shot a one-over-par 69.
