SGU NAMED SCOTLAND SQUAD FOR NEXT
WEEK'S EURO BOYS' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

The Scottish Golf Union have selected the following players to represent Scotland in next week's European boys' team championship at Rold Skov Golf Club in Denmark:

JAMES BYRNE (Banchory).
ANDREW CAMPBELL (Dumbarton).
NEIL HENDERSON (Glen, North Berwick).
SAM McLAREN (King James VI).
PAUL SHIELDS (Kirkhill).
MICHAEL STEWART (Troon Welbeck).

Byrne joins a select band of players who have played for Scotland at youths and men's level in the same season. This week he is played for Scotland in the European men's team championship at Western Gailes.
Scotland finished runners-up to Norway last year, a performance which earned them an invitation to the recent Toyota world boys' team championship in Japan.
