SCOTTISH JUNIOR GOLF TOUR
Connor McKinney stars with a 66 at Dalmahoy
By WALTER BURNS
Here
are the results from the Scottish Junior Golf Tour event at Dalmahoy
yesterday on the West course. Nice weather and excellent greens helped
the juniors with some great scoring. Scottish Open U14 Champion, Connor
McKinney, continued his great form with two under par 66. This is the
lowest round ever on the West course in nine seasons in an SJGT event.
Ewan Wheat won the U14 section with 70 and Aamar Saleem won the U12
section with 76. Connor, Ewan and Aamar first played together as a group
at Dalmahoy four years ago.
Thanks to our resident pro Scott Dixon for setting up some fantastic skill challenges.
