AND CALCAVECCHIA

England’s Luke Donald climbed back to the top of the leaderboard at the Honda Classic after a third round 66 put him into a share of the lead with Australian Matt Jones and America’s Mark Calcavecchia on six under par.
Halfway leader Brian Davis, also of England, slipped up with a round of 73 to lie one shot back on five under par along with Argentina’s José Coceres at the PGA National Course at Palm Beach Gardens.
Donald recovered from his 74 in the second round, which included an 8, to move back to the head of proceedings as he chases his first title since winning the 2006 Honda Classic.
"It was nice to bounce back and play solid. There's a lot of danger out there," he said.
"There are some very daunting shots, a lot of scary shots with a lot of water around, so you have to really stand up there and hit good, solid shots.
"It was nice to come back and now I have a good chance tomorrow."
Calcavecchia, who won this event in 1987 and 1998, carded four birdies and a bogey as he made a three under-par 67.
The confident Jones, who bogeyed three holes, birdied the 18th to make a 71.
Overnight leader Brian Davis had a frustrating day as he slipped to five under.
Davis managed to rescue himself from trouble on several holes where he failed to make the fairway.
"It was so bad. It was a real struggle today, to hang in there. But that was probably the best out of the three rounds to be honest. I kept myself in it and could have played myself out of it," he said.
